Jan Horák, HP Tronic Zlín

He graduated in low-current electronics from the Integrated Technical High School in Zlín. After school, his strong passion for sports led him to bicycle sales and service, and a year later he switched from bicycles to refrigerators at HP Tronic. Here, his career took a new direction, a year after he joined, he became deputy store manager, and the following year he was already managing the store. In 2011, he moved to the company’s headquarters as a product manager for the new IT purchasing department. The merger of Datart and HP Tronic brought a new challenge, and in 2018 he became the director of product marketing. After setting up and stabilising the processes in this area, he moved to the position of Datart store concept manager in 2020. His responsibilities include the development and evolution of the stores in terms of appearance, processes, technology, service and all other areas that affect Datart stores. His free time is devoted to his family. Sports are also integral part of his life; he is an active participant in Spartan Race, a fan of car rallying and enjoys playing golf.
