He is a partner and head of retail tenant representation in the CEE region at Cushman & Wakefield, where he focuses on the development of prime retail locations and provides comprehensive services to owners and tenants of commercial real estate. With a team of five colleagues, he executes approximately 50-60 transactions per year and applies his expertise in the development of key locations such as Prague’s Na Příkopě, Pařížská, Wenceslas Square and Brno city centre. His clients include leading international brands such as Primark, Claire’s, Sports Direct and many others, as well as major city centre property owners.
