Mgr. Martin Ander, Ph.D., is a specialist of the Modern Energy Union in the area of municipal projects and community energy. For eight years, he worked in the position of deputy mayor of the city of Brno for development and the environment, where he was involved, among other things, in the introduction of energy management and elements of sustainable construction. Since 2019, he has been working on issues of supporting climate change adaptation measures in cities and the use of local renewable energy sources.
